great access to parks and shopping for city strolls
I stayed here for three nights and loved how close it was to Mona Lake Park, which was perfect for long walks and enjoying nature. I was just a short drive away from The Lakes Mall for some shopping and grabbing a bite to eat after my strolls. it made exploring the area really easy and enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice with vinyl hardwood flooring and two comfortable queen beds. We had a great breakfast at the on-site restaurant, and the location was perfect for visiting the nearby parks and attractions. I came with my girlfriend, and we felt safe throughout our visit.
My kids wished the bathroom facilities were better, as the toilet seemed loose and made loud noises. It would be great if they improved the overall maintenance for families with children.

The breakfast spot on-site was a delightful surprise—great food and even better service! We also appreciated the comfy beds and clean bathroom, which made for an overall cozy stay. Plus, shout-out to the hot and cold filtered water in the lobby, keeping us hydrated while we explored Muskegon Heights!
On the flip side, the place had a serious rundown vibe. The curtains were ancient and full of holes, and the lingering odors made us question what we were in for. Not to mention—wet carpet? Yikes! Definitely not the best first impression.

The room was surprisingly nice for the price. We loved the vinyl hardwood flooring instead of carpet, which felt cleaner. The two queen beds were super comfy, and the bathroom was clean, though it could use a remodel. We had a couple of small issues but the staff was quick to bring us extra towels and toiletries, even late at night. Overall, much better than expected!

Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Showerhead needed replacing, water pressure was weak. Pretty decent for the price.

missingWrote a review on Jul 04clean roomcomfortable bedslack of vanitydated decorlimited breakfast options
Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds made my stay enjoyable. A nice touch was the small selection of packaged pastries available in the lobby, surprising since no breakfast was advertised. However, the bathroom lacked a vanity for toiletries, which was inconvenient, and the overall decor felt dated. As a family, we found the safe surrounding area reassuring, and enjoyed the plethora of dining options nearby.

While the hotel wasn’t perfect, the staff was friendly and the overall experience was better than expected. The room was clean, but the decor felt dated and there was an odd smell lingering. It was a safe and quiet stay, but some upgrades are definitely needed.

Just an optimal selection for a city trip in Muskegon Heights with good value considering price it charged. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a quick night’s stay. If you're expecting more amenities, look elsewhere.
